I give my feelings to the shadow
Dark and deep as a stormy sea
Surrounded by ashes and by sorrow
A thunderstorm to crush them easy.
I give my soul to the stone’s embrace
To make it hard, to make it stay
In a house, old and abandoned
And only ghosts as a companion.
I give my heart to the chastity of ice
Cold and white as winter’s sweet blank death
To hold the cry, to freeze the tears
And the wounds to begin to heal.
Ice take my heart
Shadow take my feelings
Stone take my soul
So i may never know
How is to love
And to be loved
This is my curse
This is my life
A frozen heart
A shadowed feeling
A stoned soul
In deep, deep darkness
Buried
